a monumental occurrence...at least in our household! OLIVER HAS HIS FIRST TOOTH!!! We can't believe our little boy is growing up so fast! He had been slightly cranky lately (see below post), but nothing like we'd imagined would come with the pain of making teeth. Yesterday, Ben and I were coming home with the babies, and I was letting Ollie suck on my finger....there it was! A sharp, beautiful chunk of tooth sprouting up from the bottom gum. I cried, not only for the quick passing of our babies' "newborn-ness", but also for how lucky we are to be going on to the next stage with them. Now we're thinking Violet might be following in her brother's footsteps quickly; excessive drooling, biting on everything, crankiness...
Let the toothbrushing begin!!
We voted for 24lbs in the next weigh-in but with his new tooth... well... we would like to up our vote to 26lbs. Congratulations Oliver! We're sure Violet is right behind you with some little fangs of her own.
